Industry Exposure (Helpful, Not Required)
Experience or interest in:
- Construction
- Landscaping / Green Industry
- Excavation and sitework
- Landscape or building materials
- Agri-business
Successful backgrounds often include:
- Construction or landscaping
- Retail or hospitality
- Customer service roles
Work ethic, attitude, and coachability matter more than prior sales experience.
