Laurel Valley Soils is hiring a driven Inside Sales Representative to grow new business and build strong customer relationships across SE Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey.

This rare sales support position is a fantastic opportunity for a person with strong drive and commitment to create great customer experiences and drive sales growth.
This dynamic inside sales support roll will include working with the sales manager to source and create bids for commercial projects, maintaining existing customer relationships, making in person jobsite visits, scheduling and logistics, and some cold calling over the phone and in person.
What we’re looking for
- 1–5 years of B2B sales support, customer-facing experience
- Confidence with relationship-building
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal, and most importantly the ability to truly listen and hear your prospects’ needs, wants, and pain points
- Strong organizational skills, accountability, and positivity
- Strong skills leveraging software for finding, quoting and tracking projects and customer relationship management
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- The desire and willingness to receive coaching, and the openness to learn new skills and processes
- Experience in landscape, construction, building materials, or related industries is a plus
